Base Access Pass: All individuals, 16 years or older who do not have a civilian or military ID card will require a base access pass. Everyone that needs a pass is required to fill out and submit a Department of the Navy local population ID card/base access pass registration form (SF 5512/1). This form can be found online: media.defense.gov

Mission Statement
The Hawaii USBC Association was established on August 1, 2023. The association merges the Hawaii State USBC, Oahu USBC, Maui USBC, West Hawaii USBC, and the Hilo USBC into one servicing organization for all certified bowlers in Hawaii.
The Hawaii USBC is a 501(c)(3) organization chartered in May of 2006. The new merged association number is 86771.
We are an organization whose mission is to uphold the standards of tenpins in Hawaii and inform, educate and service all of Hawaii’s bowlers. We work in partnership to protect the future of bowling and ensure the integrity of our sport. Providing programs and services to our members while enhancing their bowling experience is our number one goal.
